I brought my 06 King Quad 700 out of cold storage and of course the battery was dead. The Quad started and ran fine with only two pulls on the rope. The problem I have is the odometer displays ERR and so does the hour meter.

any fix for this?

 

Could that be due to a totally dead battery that will not take a charge? were you able to charge the battery up, or are you running it just on the stator output? some of the newer quads do not like to be run without a battery or with a dead or dying one, so that could be a possible source of your problem. See if the battery will charge up, or hook up a new battery and see if that helps.

 

i have tried changing battery and charging old one but problem is stil there. This happened when battery was dead, so i thought it would be ok when i charge it..
