I have a 300ex with a yoshimura YRD complete system, and I always have a problem burning my pants on the pipe, this is because the stock heat shield wont go back far enough. I mean we are talkin about 2 1/2 inches and i would be fine! Has anyone had this problem? can anyone give me some ideas? THANKS

A lot of aftermarket stores (and dealers) sell heat tape you could try that.

I ordered this : http://www.highlifter.com/store/Heat-Fighter-Kit.html and it works great but when you start your quad at first when you put it on it fuggin stinks until it gets dry cause you have to dampen it to put it on
