Welcome! Easiest way to do it(without having to pull the sump drain bolt also) is drain the oil tank, leave the old oil filter on,crank the engine for 15 seconds only and kill! The sump oil will drain out of the oil tank. Replace the oil filter, add 2 quarts (Polaris PS4 Plus oil,0w40 Mobil1,or Amsoil 0-40),run at least 4-5 minutes, kill it and check the oil level with the dipstick screwed all the way down. If this machine is new to you and you don't know it's history or oil use,you can also remove the oil screen fitting from the back of the tank and clean if necessary. Use teflon tape, pipe sealant, etc on the threads and screw back in lining the valve neck with the mark on the tank. I would clamp off the top vent hose on the tank with vice grips close to the fitting for a couple minutes and remove. This gets the oil to the pump quicker. 2 quarts is all it takes, don't overfill.
