First of all, Mikey, this subforum is for chinese knock-off quads. you have a Yamaha Banshee. You can probably find more specific help by posing in the correct forum.

A quick Google search tells me that a "4mil" crank is a crankshaft with connecting rods that are 4MM longer than stock, which would increase your compression.

"Hot Rods" is the company that built your crankshaft/connecting rods (your quad may be different, but on my Yamaha jetski the crankshaft and connecting rods were pressed together as an assembly, no way to remove the rods without disassembling the crank.

VForce reeds are pretty much the best reeds you can get - carbon fiber.
CK158 is definately a Hot Rods part number, and HR204 is a crankshaft identifier. HotRods has screwed with their part numbering system, to be sure of what you have, you need to meaure the stroke of the crank from TDC to BDC with a caliper.

If it were me, and it is a +4MM stroke crank with a .40 bore, it's already a pretty wild setup. I'd leave the heads alone, and run 92 octane.
