Default Hub oil ?
Polaris demand drive hub fluid, would Type F trans. oil be a suitable equiv.?

ONLY in a pinch until you can get the good stuff. The newer Demand Drive Plus hub fluid is a way better lubricant than the old Type F that Polaris first used back in the middle 80's. OPT

Like a bottle of the proper stuff can do almost 10 hub fluid changes and cost $12, I don,t see why someone would want to experiment to save a few bucks.
