Need to reset the carb. took it off because of rust in the gas(kids). cleaned it all out now can't get it to idle or run correctly. So, how many turns out due I need for the Idle and Throttle screws.

 

so it don't idle? pilot jet still plugged.
will it rev up or just bog down when giving it throttle? bogging down equals dirty main jet.
the orifices on the jets must be clean, see daylight through them, even down the center.
as far as settings, please refer to the chinese carb sticky in the chinese forum for details as i can't remember them right now.
