Hello guys, I am helping my brother do a top end job on a 07 Honda foreman 500 we got his cylinder from the machine shop put everything back together and nothing it wouldn't even turn over. So we broke it all back down and the piston is stuck in the cylinder. When we put it on it went on easy just had to tap it a couple times. So what do you guys think mabe the shop didn't bore it large enough? When he dropped off the parts he brought his new piston and rings so they could know how much bigger to go.
