Default Electrical problems

On my 01 Polaris Scrambler 500 none of my electrical system is working, My battery is putting out a 13.5 voltage, and I tested the stator with an Ohm meter and all 3 phases are good.. Can anyone tell me what the problem could be?

If you're receiving no power to the speedo, switches, etc check the main 20 amp circuit breaker located up from the battery. It's in a sealed pouch.Just slit the pouch and check for corrosion on the terminals, plus these are known just to short out.If bad, replacement are available at any auto store for a few bucks.
