Default Peace sports 125cc hard shift?

Replaced the clutch, now it won't shift without brute force.

the clutch spun off the shaft! cannot figure out how, as I re-installed it i dont se any way it could happen again! fingers crossed!!

Well happened again!!! how the hell is it possible! I know it was secured properly!Im going to lose it, I have to pull the case off again!!!

look real closely for tolerances/excessive wear. it's gonna be something simple. just look it over with a fresh mindset. be patient.

thank you Jaster. It happened instdantly so I pulled the case again. The lock washerl/set washer.. stripped off an let the nut lose!!! An I replaced it with the original one... sounds like it happened again!!!.. im lost .... new shaft? new washer an nut? is there something im missing?

can you drill the nut and convert it to a castle nut with a cotter pin/key?

To be honest I was going to spot weld it as mad as I was!!! Your idea is bettter...
