Default Wheel sizes

I want to fit 26-10x12 tyres all round on my Sportsman. What would be the ideal size wheel to use and would I need spacers at one end to keep the track in line?

I'll be fitting beadlock rings to the wheels so this will effectively add almost an inch to the rim width.

Thanks for any advice

James

If you stayed with the stock wheels you need at least a 1 " spacer to make it work up front. aftermarket wheels would depend on the offset. Stock wheels you can fit 9" wide with most but not all tires.

So when you say stock wheels, do you mean front or rears? I need to carry a spare and it needs to fit on any corner. I can deal with directional tread.

Thank you

You can easily put 26x10 on the back,I have 26x11 on my smaller 350 4x4 rears.
10" wide fronts may rub.

The stock wheels are 12x6 up front and 12x8 on the rear.

I think I'll try rears all round, with the posibility of a spacer up front.

I will of course keep you posted.

If you can get a set of 4 spoke Polaris rims (rears) they have a 1" of set on them. Then add a couple washers or a set of 1" spacers.
