How complicated to change pistons rings on predator?

How complicated to change pistons rings on predator?
I have a 2007 predator 500 and am certain I have to replace the rings. It's boggy and misses at half throttle and beyond. Looking to find how simple or complicated it is to take apart and put back together the motor? Also, if anyone has any other input on why it might be missing, I'm all ears!

When's the last time the valves have been checked? This is a shim under bucket system and needs to be checked fairly often like the Outlaw. Could be all that it needs. Here's a cheap pdf manual for $4.95 that can show you what's involved in the valves,engine,etc. A lot better than trying to tear into one blind.2007 Polaris Predator 500 Service Manual PDF Download
