Default 400ex bore

I got a 400ex from a guy and he said it was bored 26 over and that it would be a 426ex. Is this true ? I thought you had to bore .130 for it to be consiered a 426 ex.

Not sure if this is right . (Bad a math) LOL
Stock is 85mm bore x 75mm stroke= 397.2 cc
So you would need a 88mm bore to be a 425.7 cc.
According to this site. Engine Cubic Inch/CC Displacement Calculator

86mm bore would be a 406.6 cc
Unless the guy changed the stroke as well.
