Will plastics from a 1999 400ex fit on a 2003 400ex? thanks

 

Looks like only the back fenders stayed the same. The front are different because they did head light change from a single to dual. 1999 Honda Fourtrax 400EX ATVs
The frame and suspension are the same but from the pics and the above link the seat/gas tank meating point and front fenders/gast tank plastic shroud are different. The gas tank underneath stayed the same.
You may have to get the twin head lights and seat as well to do the change.
