honda rancher trouble

Default honda rancher trouble
I have a 2000 Honda rancher 350 I was riding it today and I shut it off and it wouldn't start after I push the start button and nothing happens could it be the kill switch or maybe the key?

Start at the simple stuff first like the battery and connections.

The battery is good all fuses are good the kill switch has power not sure how to check the key switch I can turn the key on and cross the cylinoid and it just cranks over but won't start

Take your kill switch apart and hold a wire to the two contacts while someone hits the button.
