Default Plastic Zip Tie fix kits avalible?? Plastics inserts or eyes

I have a Polaris Predator with a zip tie fix and it looks pretty sweet. I have a idea on how to do it, but the guy before me used some type of insert that he put inside the drilled hole then zip tied the crack together. I want to know what these little inserts or eyes or plugs are called???? I can get a picture if you wanna know what I am talking about.

Sounds like a cracked fender that is zip tied together. I think he has grommets in the holes that were drilled for the zip ties.
