OK I got spark to the plug using screwdriver to ground but not with spark plug. Have good fire to spark plug coil also. tested plug it is good also. need your input on problem.

Check the plug wire for any breaks or cuts that could be grounding spark, try a new plug if you haven't already done so.Check coil resistance: From coil tab to ground .3 ohms, coil tab to plug wire(plug cap removed) 6.3k ohms. Plug cap 5k ohms resistance. Not unusual for this high dollar resistor plug cap to have an intermittent problem or cracked insulator as I've found many people have used pliers to pull this deep plug cap out of the engine cracking it. Touch your meter leads together to make sure they zero out on the meter. Recheck coil tab(cdi wire removed) to ground. If you still show zero, could be a problem along with if it still shows 11.63 ohms resistance from coil tab to plug wire ( cap installed) Pull the plug cap, check that the plug cap shows around 5k ohms resistance. Resistance measurements allow + or - 20%. If the cap ohms out ok and you don't have spark with the bare wire touching the engine, then you could have a weak coil if you've eliminated the stator as a problem and also pulled the black kill wire from the cdi.
