Default 110cc go Kart motor Bending Valves???

Ok, here is the deal. Motor had no compression. Pulled it apart and found a bent Ex valve. Replaced both valves and valve springs, piston, piston rings and all gaskets. Motor ran for about 5 mins and stopped. Tore it down and ex valve bent again and i noticed the timing was off 180 degrees. Replaced valve and again same thing. Ex valve bend and timing off 180 degrees. Anyone out there have a clue as to what is going on?????

Did you fix the timing? If you fixed the timing and it did it again your chain and tension is probably bad or timing gears.

Thanks for the replys. I found that the timing is fine. on 4-strokes every other TDC it will back like it should. The timing chain is tight, I do know that. I have just order a manual so that i can tear into the bottom end. Off hand do you know how to lossen the timing chain?
