hey guys! this is my 1st small engine, and i must say. I feel like I just embarked on a journey where i will never be satisfied. heart pumping, money spending conquest of going faster and riding harder. I purchased an old 300ex and i absolutely love this ******* thing. however, it has a ticking noise. after some research i decided to order a cam chain and tensioner and started tearing it apart today. absolutely no power loss what so ever but i know one day somethings got to give so i took the valve cover off today and noticed the cam seems loose.
