hello my first time on. my honda sat for about 1 month, went out to start it and it fired up put it in reverse and it stalled. tried to start it again and it cranked and cranked nothing. so i checked fuel ok, checked spark ok, sprayed a little starting fluid in it and it backfired and sputtered but wouldnt start. my question is do you think this is a carb problem or ? was kind of wanting to rebuild carb anyway but just was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

 

Replace spark plug an try that....

 

How did you check the fuel?

 

i pulled fuel line off carb and there was fuel up to that point.
