I'm looking to buy a Suzuki z400 or Honda 400ex. The previous ATV I had was a Yamaha Badger 80 about 4 years ago. I know that the 400ex is reliable and the z400 has more power. I will be riding around my yard mostly and sometimes on trials. I won't be racing. I know somebody that has a 2005-07 400ex that was barely ridden and will sell it. It looks brand new. Which one is the better atv?

They are both great machines. If you know the person with the Honda and it has little use as you describe, and you know how he took care of it, I think it would be your best bet.
