We have a 06 Bruin 250. We had it out running for a go part of a day and then it started having throttle issues. The bike would idle fine but as soon as you gave it gas, the thing would bog down and stall out so we ended up have to tow it back to the house. We have cleaned the carb at least a handful of times and about a month before this issue started had done a rebuild so we do not think it's that.

Now we are noticing another problem as well. The bike will start just fine (with/without choke) but as it warms up, it will begin idling high and the pipe in the front gets smoking hot. Of course if you give it gas during this time it will bog down still.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
