Recent Email thru you by " New Beginning Children’s Homes"

Recent Email thru you by " New Beginning Children’s Homes"
I have tried to find out information on any ratings or reviews on the "Charity" in the email I just got from this site, ATV Connection. CharityWatch, charity ratings, BBB.org, Give.org and a couple other groups have no listings on this "charity".
Under FAQ's on the site for New Beginning Children’s Homes there is a question:
What percentage of the money raised goes to charity?
100% of your donation goes to New Beginning Children’s Homes (NBCH), the Sponsor, federal ID #27-5011514, a 501(c) (3) a organization, that maintains care, custody and control of all donations received in connection with 2014 Dream Giveaway drawings. NBCH is participating to benefit from delivery of a nationwide awareness and call-to-action message, and receive funding to further our important mission. A substantial portion of the donations received are used for costs to produce the giveaways including, but not limited to, purchase of the prizes, federal taxes paid on behalf of the winners, marketing and media costs, printing, licensing fees, credit card processing and other costs associated with the drawings. As a result of donations received by Sponsor, grants will be provided to select non-profit organizations. The net funding received by the Sponsor is contingent upon total donations received.
As you read the answer you can see they are very vague in saying how much goes to the Charities after costs and salaries. I would like more info on the Charity. What info did you gather before letting them use your email system to get "donations" from us members of the site?

They report Dream Giveaway was founded by a MarkBreiner while he was president of the Kids Wish charity. In 2008 and2009, Kids Wish paid Dream Giveaway nearly 1.7 million in consulting fees torun automobile giveaways. If this kind of inside dealing is not againstthe law, it should be. At minimum, it gives more legitimate charities abad name. Sounds like a charity scam ofthe worst kind to me.
