I was at the yamah shop with my mom, dad, and Jviper85 and we where checking out the raptor.IT was sold.but we where still loookin.
Anyway my dad said that IF I sell my 250r I could get one.The catch is I couldn't ride it.He would give me the 300ex and the raptor would be his.
I know that He would eventually let me ride it though. He said the same thing when he got the 300ex.And Now I ride it everyday.
What would U guys do?
86 trx250r wiseco .020 piston,boyesen reeds,FMF gold series fatty pipe,power core 2 silencer,Jd performance +2 A-arms,White bro's white power shocks with adjustable res's all the way around,Dg alloy series nerfs,Durablue eliminator 2+2 adjustable width axle,durablue posi loc axle nut,Ac stadium series front bumper with # plate,Renthal trx250r bend handlebars,PEP easy pull clutch perch and lever,909 grips,nac's casesaver,braking brake pads,Fastline braided stell brake lines,uni filter,152 main jet,18/11/8 holeshot mx's on mitchell .190's,21/7/10 holeshots on itp .190's.

I am almost positive I am going to do it.I was workin on our track tonight and I was thinking how awesome it would be to have a blue raptor sitting there next to me!
There is one thing I have to know though. How does a raptor slide?About like a stock 400ex?Or should I go with razr's on the rear?
How much do u think for my 250r with all it's mods? The plastic is great no rips in the seats. It leaks oil.Not bad it gets a small puddle after about every 2 weeks of siting.

If I am in the woods where the is no trail or riding in creeks and stuff then Yes I like the 300ex better.Reverse comes in handy. The EX handles just fine for play racing and riding.Plus if it was mine I would be able to mod it.I would just put a pipe, shocks,K&N filter,Rejet and razr fronts.
For going fast or going to st joe I like the attention my bike gets and how it handles. It Lands 8 foot jumps like they are not there. It can scare U if U are not paying attention!
I think I could get 4500-5000 for my 250r.If I couldn't get that then i wouldn't sell it.
And oh yea Will 250r shocks fit a raptor?Because I have White power that have adjustable res's,spring rate and ride height that where expensive. It think it would be dumb to go out and buy another pair for the raptor.
