does anyone have a sparks pipe on their raptor? i seen one in a magazine and i think it looks good AND it doesn't stick way out past the grab bar like all the other pipes. but i think it ought to be a great pipe, since he has a well known rep. help me out if anyone can

 

Shreveport La huh. I live in Shreveport too. I know my profile says ID but thats a type-o. Anyhow, where do you ride? I may have seen you before if you have ever gone to the pits in Sibly.What do you ride? I used to have a 400ex and a Banshee, now I have a Raptor and a 99 Banshee. Sorry, but I dont know all that much about the Sparks pipe, I run the BG.

I haven't seen one up close. I have spoken to a couple of people using them on Raptors and they are very pleased. I think Sparks has put alot of time testing the pipe and I am seriously considering going with Sparks. If I choose to go with Sparks, I will also go with the air box and filter set-up.

I spoke with someone over at Sparks about a week ago and they will be posting dyno results in the next couple of weeks. (We all know it's hard to believe half of what the the pipe mfg claim) I'm still interested in what they say.

yea i go to te sibley pits a lot, well used to, do u
know jason davis, or chad or scotty davis, shane
fontenot,or robbie malone? they r all my ridin buds.
we go ridin in oklahoma a lot to tha lil sahara, and
we go to the sibley pits, the motocross track out off
benton road, out under the plain dealing bridge when
th waters down, sometimes at the funwheeler park in
longview. and wherever else we can find

but i dont have a raptor, im about to buy one though
and am tryin to do a lot of research on everything i
want to put on it when i get it.
i got a 330ex, and a banshee on alky now, and for mud
the winter time in tha mud a rancher and a 300
fourtrax.
but we do a lot of ridin, u need to hook up with us
sometime so we can all meet up

yea, i seen their air box too and it looks pretty good, i'd really like to see those dynos on tha pipe though. i wonder if they will tell u what jets to run in it. i have heard of all kinds of people having problems jetting them. if u get it let me know how it works out

Thats odd, Im suprised I havent seen you. Me and Jason Are real good friends. Probably recognise you if I saw you though. Me, Robie and Jason all got our Raptors within the same week. Are yall going riding anywhere this weekend? Dont suppose you would be interested in a Raptor that is for sale would you?
