My local dealer has a special going on for $5,799.00 for a 2001 Banshee. Plus they said they will give me 300 dollars that is similar to Honda Bucks. They told me I could use the money to put towards new pipes. So all of this together will be around $6,000.00 Does this sound like a good deal for a 2001 Yamaha Banshee.

That's a good price as long as they aren't trying to screw you on extra fees like set-up, delivery, document fees, etc... $5799 out the door would be a good deal. Tax is another issue and it can be avoided in some states.

manufacturers list is $5999. There's not a whole lot of room to bargain on quads.
