I'm getting ready to order new tires, and I think I want to get some 6 ply tires to avoid punctures, but since this is for a trail ridden sport quad, I really want to know how much weight I'm going to gain before buying. Is there a web site or something that lists the weights of tires like Razrs, Holeshots, Bandits, etc.?

Give Rocky Mountain a call and ask one of the operators what each one of the tires you want to buy weighs.... That does not mean you have to buy from them...... Thats what I did and it was very helpfull
