2001 Big Bear 400. I turn the key on and nothing happens. I can pull the starter pull rope and it fires right up and runs great. When the key is on and not running no lights or anything. Battery checks 12.65V and I have already installed a new starter relay. What really makes me wonder is when the key is off I can check across the relay and I get 12.65V but when I turn the key on it goes to 0.00V. That doesn't seem right.....HELP!!!


Might help to add my girlfriend just got this from her ex-husband in a nasty divorce.....

Maybe its the linkage for the auto transmission being off as they only start in park or neutral
