I have a TaoTao250 that is 11 months old. It will idle but bogs down when revved. I'm on my third new carb, I've set the valves, I've checked the intake rubber, replaced the coil, plug, fuel line and filter. I've sprayed carb cleaner around any area that would have a vacuum leak, and the problem still persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
