costomer compains of it stalling sometimes and not having power its not throwing any codes plugs look clean maybe a little lean if anything, I checked fuel pressure and it bounces the guage a lot so I reved it up pretty good and its pretty steady at 40psi , first time I have worked on a 800 but it sounds to me like it kinda has a lope to it not really a miss , kinda like a big cam, but its all stock, any ideas

Missing, erratic idle, backfiring was common to tbap wiring. Bare wires or internal shorts along with pins backing out of the connectors. May or may not throw codes. Inspect the small wiring from the sensors for any bare spots or soft feeling wires that could have melted internally.Check the "sticky" post about efi problems at the top of the page. If harness kits are needed Only The Best has stronger wiring and connectors.
