Hi, Is exist any china ATV quad engine mods, like 4 valves cylinder head or something similar? Or shop with performance parts for china quad?

 

There are firms that do big bore kits for the common engines like the GY6 etc, but 200cc is bigger than the normal "Honda clones" so your engine is likely to be made in small numbers and not worth making special parts for. Also frame parts and shocks are often not up to the performance of the standard engine so more power could lead to trouble.

 

Ive never found any hop up item's for the 200cc or the 250 cc engines.. The first thing Id do is eliminate the air box if it has one, Install a Uni Pod filter and see if you can find a aftermarket universal muffler for it if yours isnt a straight thru design.. The other thing to do to all Chinese quads is to go to larger jets... These engines are gasping for fuel at all rpm ranges and getting the engine more fuel will help...

If your over 4000' in elevation the stock jetting should be fine.. under that and your jetted lean..

 

Anyway thanks for advises, but where you guys can suggest to buy custom parts(carbs, mufflers, RCDI and more) is any specialized shop which sell these items? Thanks.
