My scrambler 850 eps not working anymore. Diagnostic display shows code 524086 and 4. Checked all relays and connections. Battery is fully charged and replaced.Even my dealer doesn't know this error. Someone can help?

The thing is, its just not activate the eps anymore. Right from key turning the eps light comes on. I could ride without it. I can turn the handlebar, just no eps. The biggest problem for me is the unknown error or part no. I can't find it. Polaris Germany has no service number to call .

Maybe i need contact to Polaris USA.

 

Year model would help..possibly I can find the part number.

Thanks for the quick info. This is the complete EPS. The last number of the error - "4" usually means "short to ground" or "low voltage". Maybe just a cable issue to the eps?? I still have warrenty. Hopefully my dealer can take care of it.

 

If it's still under warranty,by all means let the dealer take care of it! Good luck and post your findings as it may help others that could have the same problems.

 

Any solution to your problem? Power steering issues are not fun!

 

I always though Electronic Power Steering was to delicate of a option for a ATV and would act up down the road.
