JohnC, What is happening to your Traxter? Last post was not good so, a little follow up for the board please.

 

Well, heres the skinny. I brought it back to the dealer. He pressure tested the system and found no leaks.soooo it must be 1) oil that was somehow in the coolant passages of the new motor or 2)
leftover bad coolant from theold motor.

I'm not sure yet.I haven't ridden it very much since i got it back.

When the mechanics installed the new motor, they must've seated the pilot screw too tight and broke off the tip. That's why it couldn't idle
So far all ok....i'll followup more when i get more saddle time
