Default Tire fitment questions?

Will 26/9/12 & 26 12/12 fit my 2012 400ho? Looking at wheels too, is 4+3 offset the ones I need?

I think 4+3 is factory offset which should be fine. 26's might be a bit tall (mostly in the rear). I remember taking the stock 25's on steel rims from my 09 RZR and putting them on my daughter's 400. Didn't leave much wiggle room in the rear but worked fine up front. Can't remember if there was enough room on the footwells to clear more than the 25's but you could always trim the fenders by the rear of the footwell and heat the back of them up and push them forward a bit for clearance.

I fitted 26x 9-12 front and 26x11-12 rear maxxis Zillas on a mid sized chassis 350 Grizzly with room to spare so it should be easy on a full sized chassis ATV.

Here is a good wheel chart to look up your off set. http://www.mud-throwers.com/atv_wheel_chart

Thanks a lot. I guess it depends on whose 26" tires I plan on running, eh?

Below is a pic after the Polaris front HD coil upgrade, and the rear on the third notch.

Here is a pic of my old 350 with 26" tires and they had tall 1-1/8" lugs. You can see I could of went to a even larger 27" I think.

I d like them on my 500 Sportsman but I have those odd ball rear 10" rims.

Thank you. I like the idea of 26" just for taller lugs.

Can you swap out to 12" rear wheels?

I may have to get after market 12" rear rims. The stock 10" just make my tires choices very limited.

If the bolt pattern is 4/156 thrn itp delta steel will fit the bill, unless going aluminum.
