I now have 100 hours on the bike .

Issue #1 when I give it gas to accelerate it takes a few seconds to engage , and when it does engage it lurches forward.

Issue # 2 at speeds over 18 MPH it pulls hard to the right?

Armature plate being magnetized may be the main problem especially if you leave the awd switch on constantly as most do. Even if you don't they all eventually do this. Plus another problem is the plastic roll cages that can crack and cause erratic awd engagement.
