I have a 04 700 efi and i picked up a older cycle country plow that was on a 2005 sportsman 400. The mount that came with it was for the 05 400 and won't fit my 04 700. Anyone have a part number for a mount? It has the push tubes so it is a center mount i need. Found one on ebay but it is a.warn mount. Are these all the same as far as mounting the push tubes?

 

Or does anyone have a part number for a front mount for 04 700 efi polaris glacier plow??

This is the mount and plow I'm picking up today. This mount is on a 2010 Sportsman 500 and I'm pretty sure it won't work on the 04 700. Trying to find this mount for my machine or do I need to get a new mount and attachment??

I don't do plows,tires or windows for that matter,but being an 6 year difference in models I would have to say no,the mount from the 2010 wouldn't fit a 2004 model. Seems like every year almost on winch mount kits the mounts would change. Probably the same for the plow mounts. Just guessing on this cuz we don't need plows down here..We need sand trucks for the ice..

Ya i guess what I'm trying to do is find the correct mount. Seems weird that the mount and frame changes every couple years. I can see the mount change but the frame? So basically I have to find frame and mount....makes no sense. So is there anyone who has a mplow on their 04 700? ??

All set. I had time last night to get out there and check it out. The mount from the 2010 bolted right onto my 2004. Thanks for the help guys

 

Hey, just saw your post on the plow. Where were you going to mount your solenoid or contactor? I also have a 2004 Polaris 700 Sportsman. The previous owner had the solenoid mounted in the LR wheel well? I was thinking of welding a bracket on the frame under the plastic storage unit as i didn't like the idea of having it exposed.
