I have a polaris trailboss 4x4 1990 2 stroke i really need help with! i bought it about a month ago used and all was wrong with it was it had a broken cv axel. I rode it for a while and it would just keep getting hot when i would ride it and shut off sometimes and not crank until later on. The last ride i took i rode it longer than exected and it ended up cutting off and now it just wont crank. It tries to turn over but it just wont. I really need hel guys because as soon as i get it running and working good im going to trade it for a nice ttr and yes the atv is getting spark

 

i wonder if it is getting vapor locked?

 

Sounds like its lean and seizing up.

 

Compression test to make sure,but yes sounds like piston is trashed.
