Have two neighbors with 2013 Sportsman 500.
Where the upper rear suspension A frame bolts to the frame the holes where the long bolt goes through are wore egg shaped and on one of those quads the bolt actually fell out messing things up pretty good. Theses quads are serviced by the local dealer

Being this is happening too two different quads is this a common thing? These quads get used every day and are on ranches. The dealer says it is not common and says they will weld in new material and re-drill the mounting holes.

Just curious if anyone else has had a similar occurrence and maybe Polaris should take a look and make the appropriate corrections. Thanks for any replies.

 

No not a common thing as the dealer mentioned although I've seen a lot of things happen on ranch and farm work machines that didn't show up on everyday pleasure,recreational machines mainly because of the hard use I suppose.
