Default 03 Arctic Cat 400 4x4 automatic wiring question

My cat will crank and run using the pull cord and the lights all come on (neutral, reverse, etc.) and I can hear the starter engage..but when you cut it off, then turn the key back on nothing will work. The neutral light won't come on, the starter wont do anything. any ideas? I have checked all the fuses and am at a loss. It acts as if there is a short somewhere. I was hoping to get a quick "hey, I know what your problem is" if possible. Thanks!

Good tested battery or a new battery? Connections good and tight? First things I can think of.Usually the battery is what a lot of people overlook.Plus when running is it charging around 14 volts back to the battery?

After testing the wirning harness for continuity and checking every fuse (I thought) I found the problem. It was the 30A fuse behind the rear tire. Everything works like it should now. Thanks for the response though.
