110cc Chinese atv

Recently picked up a atv and I replaced everything. Starter , stator , cid , spark. Everything. It's turning over but won't run. Want can I do?

1) Can you confirm spark at the plug?
2) Did you confirm good compression?
3) Did you try starting it with starter fluid?
