Depending on your model ATV,jetting is not hard to do.Shut off the gas.Remove the airbox.Remove the carb off the intake boot and remove the carb bowl on the bottom of the carb.Your main jet is right in the middle once you remove the carb bowl.Unscrew the jet, screw in the new one.Reverse this order for re-installation.

the quad is my friends 99 scrambler 400 2wd. When i change my jets on my atc250r it takes a couple of minutes. When i watch him he almost dissassembles his whole quad and take 30 minutes. When we need to change jets for different air conditions it really seems impossible for him out on trails. Anyone got any quick tricks for him. thanks wil.

The easy way is too loosen the clamps on the carb turn the carb on the bottom of the bowl you will see a large looking nut unsrew it your jet is right there unscrew the jet put your new one back in put the nut back and tighten your clamps
done.
I have got it mastered now I can change jets in about 2 min.
Practice makes perfect.......lol
