Hi I'm thinking of buying a 2000 Honda 400ex for $800. Guy says that it runs good but doesn't idol without choke on. I'm thinking carb Adjustments? It has a big gun exhaust, it's bored to a 440, new bearings, new carb, and new Itp hole shots on the back. Looks to be in decent condition.

 

Howdy! Sounds a loaded one and just need some care, that could turn out a good score. Cleaning the card is the first to do to ensure there is no clogging. Update us

 

The guy sold it while I was on my way to get it. But I found a 2002 in good shape with a FMF powercore 4 full exhaust system with power bomb. It also has proarmor nerf bars, proarmor bumper, moose Handelbars, K&N air filter, and it's jetted. The guys asking $1300. What do y'all think?
