Default 2017 trx 250x advice for a newb

hello all, I recently got in to riding since Ive relocated and have the above ATV listed. Right now it is bone stock. I like to ride desert trails, jumping it and have been doing some light (makeshift) track running with it.
I know there are bigger engines that would better fit me and all that but this is what I have and will be giving my kids shortly(when I get my bike).

So back to my question, The stock wheels are 22's both front and rear and are the balloon or round ones. I wanted to move to flatter wheels to improve sliding or drifting turns as I have flipped it a couple times doing so. Also Im thinking that landing on the jumps will be a bit better and have more forgiveness coz the stock ones seem to stick a bit.
Can someone reccomend a budget friendly set up for fronts and rears?

Also, Im thinking of getting a better suspension to help with landings or imperfect landings in my case..ha
Any reccomendation for a budgetworthy suspension that may help?
Id like to get it done for somewhere in the 600-700 dollar range for both,

thanks for any input.

D
