Default 2001 polaris sportman 335

can anyone give me some thoughts on the sportman 335? I can pick up a 2001 Polaris 335 4x4 for $1,300. is this a good deal? bike worth it? pros and cons on Polaris bikes

I'd look for a good 500 instead of the low powered 335.Plus it was only made a couple years and people are having trouble on getting parts as many are nla now.

The 500 has a lot more power as Opt said. I've ridden a 335 before and its painfully slow.

Sorry forgor to mention it's a bike for my son. I have a bigger bike myself. Just looking to upgrade him from the 125 he has

I'd still stay away from it for the simple reason it was only made a couple years and a lot of repair parts are getting hard to find. Several people on the forum have had problems on finding parts.This was not a very successful selling model. Stay with a model/brand that's been around a while.

I'd look for a Scrambler 500 4x4. A lot sportier and can be found for not a lot more than that.
