Default 1990 Yamaha 350 warrior

I just got a 350 warrior and I've checked the timing its fine. I put new head gasket and cleaned the Carb. It has no power. I've checked valves and they are fine. Has good compression so im thinking its the cam, bad valve, or intake boot. It will rev up but when I ride it it has nothing. It pulls great and when I rev it up and let off it will shoot flame through exhaust. Idles fine runs good for most part. Please help.

Disconnect the air box and leave the carb connected and make sure the slides rising when you are giving it power. (in neutral of course).

I got my wolverine and it had a bad slide diaphragm. Sounded ok in neutral but no power in gear.
