Default 2002 Honda Foreman Rubicon

I'm just learning how to do my own mechanical work. I had seals leaking in my rear differential. I changed them all. I filled up the differential, but filled it to the top, didn't know about the plus on the side. With it being overruled should it leak out. It's not leaking from axles it's leaking from the front of the shaft that comes back to the differential. Will this stop by drawing the grease until it just runs out the fill plug or they another seal somewhere that I need to change. Thank you.

I would be opening the fill plug and letting the access drain off. I would then take it out on a 15 minute run and open the fill plug again. This should get the level back to normal.
