Default 2005 sportsman coolant leak

Has anyone had an issue with sportsman leaking coolant? 05 600 was slowly leaking from the hose where it connects to the water pump cover. I pulled the hose off and cut about an inch off the end of the hose and put a new clamp on. Wasn't leaking for 2 days until I ran it today, started leaking in the same spot. No dry rot on the hose, new clamp(tight), inspected the cover from cracks.

If you're sure it's the hose and not the neck cracked or the "dead man" area, that is the hole under the water pump that leaks when a seal fails, just replace the hose or cut back far enough to where you can splice a new section of hose.

It definitely isn't leaking from the bottom, it is leaking from where the hose connects. Could that be the seal or no? I already cut an inch off the end of the hose a put a new clamp on but it still leaks when running. Before it would leak all the time, so I thought it was fixed until I ran it for about 5 min

Evidently you still have a weak section of hose. Cut off some more if you can, clamp it and see how it does. If it still leaks either replace the hose or splice it up higher with a new hose section.
