Hi I have a 110 taotao atv that absolutely will not start. I was riding one day and it just died all of a sudden so I pushed it home (I wasn't to far away thank god)
I got it in the garage and it would just keep cranking over but not a single sound of life. It didn't sound like it wanted to start. I have replaced the full wiring harness and have adjusted the valves to spec. After I adjusted the valves I tried starting it and it backfired and shot a flame out the exhaust pipe. I woke up the next morning and it wouldn't even turn over just a clicking from the solenoid I switched out the solenoid with the one from the old wiring harness and it still would just click. So now I have a atv that I know has spark, fuel, and compression that still won't start or turn over. Thanks in advance for and ideas.

 

have you checked or replaced the battery?

 

I connected the battery to a 2 10 and 50 amp charger and tried it on all levels and it made the clicking noise. But it was louder on the higher levels like 10 and 50
