Default 2007 Suzuki Eiger 400 4x4 right price?

Hi,

i am a newbie and wanted some feedback on whether I am getting a good deal, a mint 2007 Suzuki Eiger 400, 221 miles, for $3100? I have only read solid reviews on the Eiger but want to make sure I am not getting ripped off. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

John

Seems a bit high, but I'm a cheap basted. Here's a picture of my 2002 Arctic Cat 400 with 3,000 miles that I bought for $1,400. Comparable bikes, same great motor, but older. OK, try $2,000 - $2,500. Pretty quick for a 400, 55 mph.

If the machine is in "mint" condition as you say then it sounds like a good deal based on prices in my area. My question is why only 220 mile in 10 years?

With 221 miles, it should have original tires and they should look almost new. People can change out the speedometer/odometer. My Arctic Cat Diesel had 400 miles, front tires looked like new, rears were 95%. Even better it it was kept inside. It should start and drive like new, brake pads should be almost new. If it has new tires, but brake pads are worn down, it's not 221 miles. Oil should still look good.

Hydrex, the red suzuki eiger had 282 miles which sold, and the black one only has 191 miles. Here are a few pictures..

Its a little high but if if really has 221 miles on it, its about as mint as it can be for that year. I think $2500 would be a fair amount to counteroffer.

Good points there to look for..in my area I sold my 2000 Praire 300 last summer for 3000, it had a plow and was in near mint condition with all maintainence records and had 2000 miles on it.
