I recently got a 2000 warrior 350 that needed a carb cleaning. Took the carb apart and the floats were snapped in half and the other half was missing. Bought new ones and put them in and drained all the old gas out of tank and now it will pop but won't start and run. Any suggestions?

 

I think you'll need to pull the jets and ensure all passages are clean...the popping is a good sign as it's trying to start.


You can test this by removing plug, spraying 3 full seconds worth of starting fluid into the plug hole, replace with new plug & start. It should fire right up and run for a few seconds. If it doesn't run then it's not carb related/intake related...
