Default Polaris Scrambler Pipe Fitment Questions

Hi Everyone, I bought a 2002 Scrambler 400 4x4. It has some kind of pipe, clutch spring and jetting done to it. I want to bring it back to stock. I am looking for a Exhaust Pipe (front and mid section), but what I have found by looking at Polaris OEM parts sites is that pipe appears to only have been used in 2002... Do none of the other year pipes work?

Thanks in advance.
Rob

2002 was the last year of the 400 Scrambler. A 2001 Scrambler 400 2x4 used the same prefix part number 1260881 for the pipe and 1260680 for the head pipe.2002 used the same prefix numbers, but suffix (-) numbers were different.Pipes and mounting looked the same on both year models. If you can't find the parts for a 2002,possible the 2001 parts would work also. This may give you more options if you're looking for used parts. These models used the same silencer as your 2002 Scrambler 400 4x4 also.
Usage : 1260884-029

Thanks so much! What were the suffix numbers for?

Most of the time suffixes were just color differences on parts, but really not sure on the exhausts what they meant. Example your main pipe is 1260881-379,the 2001 pipe is 1260881-029.
